HOW TO USE MY AUDIO MATERIAL

I recommend that you use a good quality pair of headphone to benefit from the mixing techniques and to hear all the frequencies used.  I spend many hours creating the stereo space that will guide you into deep states of consciousness.

 

Try to ensure that you are in a relaxed place, you will not be disturbed and that you are in a warm comfortable environment and ideally wearing loose relaxing clothes.

TIPS:

  • Make sure the volume is not too LOUD or too quiet, it needs to be just enough to block out any external noises.

  • Try not to move your body once you begin, this will help you switch off from your physical senses more.

  • Be open to new experiences, if you feel something you are not used to, just notice it and let it happen.

  • Always try to set an intention before you meditate, this could be something as simple as, "I want let go of my stress" or "I want to release any blocks I have".
